The healthcare sector requires great dedication, empathy, and continuous teamwork. At EGEMED Hospitals, we believe that the key to providing the best possible care to our patients lies in the happiness and well-being of our employees. Guided by this vision, the EGEMED Employee Club continues its activities with the goal of strengthening internal communication, reducing work-related stress, and fostering a sense of belonging as one big family.
What Does Our Employee Club Do?
Our club, which fosters camaraderie across departments and strengthens a sense of belonging, organizes various social, cultural, and athletic events throughout the year:

Nature and Culture Tours: Weekend tours where we escape the city’s stress, recharge our energy, and explore together.

Special Occasion Celebrations: Celebration events where we come together on days that are meaningful to us, such as birthdays, Doctors' Day, and Nurses' Week.

Sports Tournaments: Interdepartmental volleyball, table tennis, and soccer tournaments where friendly competition and team spirit take center stage.

Hobby and Personal Development Workshops: Supportive workshops tailored to our employees’ personal interests (photography, crafts, breath therapy, etc.).
