An Accreditation Review Meeting was held at the General Directorate with the participation of our physicians, with the aim of strengthening the sustainability of the culture of quality and patient safety at Özel Egemed Hospital.

✓ Process Evaluations and Practices

During the meeting, patient safety practices, proper identification verification processes, the effective use of order and consent forms, and procedures for reporting adverse events and nonconformities were discussed in detail.

✓ Clinical Approach and Standardization

At the meeting, which was held to strengthen standardization in medical practices, ensure a common approach to patient safety processes, and improve compliance with accreditation requirements, assessments of clinical practices were conducted.
