As part of the accreditation efforts carried out by Özel Egemed Hospital with the goal of fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization, a comprehensive accreditation meeting was held following the self-assessment process, during which the reports prepared by the department teams were reviewed.
Process Evaluation and Participation
During the meeting, field observations, improvement initiatives, process management, team participation, and self-assessment results were discussed in detail, and the importance of employees’ active participation in quality processes for organizational development was emphasized.
The dedication shown by teams that effectively carried out the self-assessment process, contributed to reporting efforts, and played an active role in improvement initiatives was recognized with appreciation.

At the awards ceremony held following the evaluations, awards were presented to employees and teams who contributed to quality processes. It was noted that the ceremony represented an important step toward increasing employee participation, strengthening team motivation, and fostering a sustainable culture of incentives in quality initiatives.
