Steps for assessment and improvement to ensure a safe work environment have been addressed
The Employee Safety Committee met to discuss the items on the agenda and, under the coordination of our Quality Director and within the framework of the General Management, conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current status of employee safety at our hospital.
Risk Assessments
During the meeting, employee safety non-compliances encountered in the field were addressed, and areas posing risks were reviewed to identify points requiring improvement.
Employee Feedback Process
Based on the results of the evaluations conducted, plans have been made to launch a comprehensive employee satisfaction and safety survey in order to make employee feedback mechanisms more effective.
Strengthening a Culture of Reporting
It has been decided to develop incentive programs and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening a culture of reporting to enable employees to convey their opinions, suggestions, and reports more effectively.
Employee safety is one of the cornerstones of sustainable health care.
The goal is to regularly monitor and evaluate decisions made to continuously improve employee safety and to ensure their sustainability by incorporating feedback.
