Employees' Club Management Team Meeting Held
A strong team spirit is the foundation of quality healthcare
A meeting of the Employees’ Club Management Team was held at Özel Egemed Hospital with the aim of increasing employee satisfaction, strengthening social interaction, and planning employee-focused activities.
Survey Evaluation and Data Analysis
As part of the meeting, a survey was conducted with approximately 100 employees to assess their expectations and suggestions regarding social events. The data collected was analyzed, and activity plans were developed in response to employee requests.
Planned Activities and Goals
Based on the evaluations conducted, and following the review by the Employee Club Management Team of the requests, suggestions, and expectations regarding social activities submitted by employees;
- As part of the Nursing Week events, held annually from May 12 to 18, plans have been made for various social activities, including the Nurses’ Night event, which will take place outdoors on May 15.
- In addition, with the aim of supporting employee motivation, strengthening team cohesion, and increasing internal interaction, plans were made to organize social events, sports activities, healthy living initiatives, and various other events designed to encourage employee participation.
