Training and Evaluation Process

As part of the program, participants received comprehensive training in accordance with the TÜSKA Health Accreditation Standards (SAS), and the effectiveness of the training was measured through interim evaluations and tests.

Participants’ knowledge and skill levels were regularly monitored to track areas for improvement, and hands-on exercises on quality standards, the internal audit approach, and process management were conducted throughout the process.

On-Site Inspections and Reporting

Following the completion of the training sessions, internal audit team planning was carried out, and scheduled audit activities were conducted in the field by the audit teams that were formed.

During the inspections conducted in various departments of our hospital, processes were evaluated on-site, current practices were observed, and the findings were documented.

The audit reports prepared were evaluated not only for documentation purposes but also to directly contribute to organizational improvement processes; the findings were translated into action plans by the quality department and the relevant managers.

Certification Process

Our participants who successfully completed the evaluations and exams administered at the end of the training program have earned the Internal Auditor Certificate under the TÜSKA SAS program.
