If our physician has prohibited visitors and/or attendants for the sake of your patient’s health, please be sure to comply with this policy.
For the health of our patients, please ensure that no more than two visitors are in the room at the same time and that visiting time is limited to 10 minutes.
To visit patients in the intensive care unit, please use the phone located at the unit entrance to contact the patient’s nurse. If there are no medical contraindications and both the patient and the intensive care unit environment permit it, you may be allowed to enter. Please follow the visitation guidelines provided upon entry.
People with a fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, or infectious dermatitis will not be admitted as visitors.
Visitor restrictions may be imposed in the event of an outbreak in the community.
Please wash your hands before and after your visit, or use the hand sanitizer provided on-site.
Please follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals when visiting patients in isolation.
Do not come into contact with patients other than your own or with patient care supplies.
Please respect the privacy of patients and their families during your visit.
Please be mindful not to engage in behaviors such as crying or shouting that might reflect your emotional state in front of our patients (as this could be harmful to them).
To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring in or accept food or beverages from outside.
Potted plants are not permitted in patient rooms due to the risk of spreading infection. Potted plants sent to a patient will be given to the patient upon discharge.
Please do not use cell phones in areas where medical equipment is present.
Please do not use devices such as kettles in patient rooms, as they may cause technical problems.
Please do not speak loudly.
Pets are not allowed in our hospitals; please do not bring them.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospitals except in designated areas.
Visitors who are in the room after 10:00 p.m. are considered attendants. Only one attendant is permitted to accompany each patient in all rooms.

- Morning 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Evening 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
For the health of our patients, we ask that you refrain from bringing fresh flowers when visiting.
