- YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK
As data subjects, if you submit a request regarding your rights to us,Özel Söke Egemed Hospital will process the request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. Our Company will process the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, we will charge the fee specified in the tariff established by the Personal Data Protection Board.
